Little League® International remembers California District 21 Administrator Gary Mendoza. He was 64. Mr. Mendoza, a native of San Bernardino, Calif., was elected as California District 21 Administrator in 2004. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann; daughter, Teresa; son, Gilbert; four grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
