Little League® International honors the memory of Joe McMillan, Illinois District 10 Administrator. He was 67. Mr. McMillan served as Illinois District 10 Administrator for 27 years (1991-2018). He is predeceased by his wife, Jacqueline, and brother, Billy; and is survived by his daughters, Lindsay, Jennifer, and Leslie; and grandchildren, Anthony and Gia.
