More than 100 Little League® Alum Set to Compete in the 2026 World Baseball Classic

As fans fill the stands and tune in to the 2026 World Baseball Classic beginning March 5, more than 100 former Little Leaguers® will take the field with hopes of taking home the WBC Championship title. From the opening day of pool play through the championship game on March 17, these notable alumni will have the opportunity to represent 12 different countries on the biggest stage in professional baseball.

Among the more than 100 Little League graduates are also a group of former Little League® Region and World Series tournament participants (denoted in red), looking to add another international tournament to their illustrious careers.

The 2026 World Baseball Classic is set to take place from March 5 – 17, with four pool-play tournaments in the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, Japan, Hiram Bithorn Stadium in San Juan, Puerto Rico, loanDepot Park in Miami, Florida, and Daikin Park in Houston, Texas. The semifinals will take place on March 15-16, with the championship set for March 17 in Miami.
