Little League® International has announced Dave Natale as its Director, Partnership Marketing, effective July 7, 2025.
“As a mission-driven nonprofit, our official partnerships allow us to deliver a proven and trusted experience for any child to play in his or her own neighborhood, regardless of their personal or financial circumstance,” said Liz DiLullo Brown, Little League Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Business Relationship Officer. “Dave’s industry knowledge, combined with his passion for the Little League program, will help us further develop our relationship with current partners, explore future opportunities with new partners, and most importantly enhance the overall Little League experience for all involved. We look forward to welcoming Dave to our team and are excited for what the future of this program holds.”
In his role at Little League, Natale will lead the development of marketing campaigns and programs, working collaboratively with Marketing, Communications, Operations, and Philanthropy teams. Natale will also leverage his industry experience, sponsorship, media and agency knowledge, and strategic thinking to drive innovative ideas that match Little League’s program goals and mission.
“Joining Little League is truly an honor, both personally and professionally. The organization’s core values, which help build communities, support young athletes, and celebrate the love for the game, reflect what I care about most,” said Natale. “I’m excited to work alongside our partners to bring people together and help grow the game in communities around the world.”
Before joining Little League, Natale gained experience with NMS Consulting, working as a Strategic Partnership and Business Development Consultant, collaborating with clients to design and implement workstreams and processes while building strategic partnerships that support business growth, boost revenue, and enhance brand visibility. Natale also spent many years working with DICK’s Sporting Goods (DSG) as their Director of Sports, Events, and Community Marketing. In this role, Natale developed national and regional marketing partnerships to drive sales, build brand awareness and community engagement, while also pioneering the development of DSG’s first-ever sports marketing business strategy. During his time at DSG, Natale was also heavily involved with the organization’s partnership with Little League, helping bring the relationship to life and providing experiences and opportunities to local leagues and fans across the nation.
Natale earned his bachelor’s degree in public relations from Buffalo State University. Outside of his professional work Natale spent many years volunteering in his local league as a coach and board member.
