Alison Dufner Joins Little League® As Director, Meetings and Events

Little League® International has announced Alison Dufner as its new Director, Meetings and Events, effective July 8, 2025.  

“From creating great experiences for our volunteers to bringing the Little League organization to life through our marquee events, we are delighted to welcome Alison to the Williamsport team,” said Brian McClintock, Little League Senior Executive, Communications. “Alison will be collaborating across our entire organization to ensure that our meetings and events provide meaningful experiences for all our attendees, while supporting our educational, philanthropy, and operational efforts. We are looking forward to her sharing her experience and talent to continue to enhance our organization.” 

In this new role, Dufner will be responsible for strategic planning and execution of both in-person and virtual events for the organization to deliver impactful meetings and events that foster innovation and collaboration among leadership, the Little League International Board of Directors, and attendees. Dufner will also create seamless guest experiences across all events, including supporting the marquis Little League World Series tournaments, while upholding organization and community relationships as well as supporting the organization’s brand.  

“Growing up with four brothers who played Little League, and my dad who coached, I became immersed in the world of sports and have carried that passion into adulthood,” said Dufner. “Working for Little League is a dream come true. I am excited to use my more than 20 years of meeting and event planning to help elevate the attendee experience at all Little League meetings and events.” 

Before joining Little League, Dufner strengthened her skills with the Executive Women’s Forum, working as their Senior Manager Conference and Events, managing approximately 80 regional events and webinars, and working collaboratively with internal departments including marketing, engagement, and education. Dufner also brings more than seven years of experience from HMP Global as their Senior Meeting Planner, managing budgets, contracts, the fulfillment of sponsor and exhibitor agreements, and volunteerism.  

Dufner earned her bachelor’s degree in business communications from DeSales University.
