Official Rules

No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win.

1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Little League Baseball, Incorporated (hereafter, “Sponsor”), the MLB Entities (collectively, “Released Parties”), and each such individual’s immediate family members (parent, sibling, child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. “MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

2. Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 A.M. ET on August 2, 2026 and ends at 3:00 P.M. ET on August 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period will be divided into daily entry periods (each, a “Daily Entry Period”) corresponding with the Little League events outlined below (each, an “Event”). Each Daily Entry Period will begin and end based on the regular operating hours of each day of each applicable Event. See LittleLeague.org/FanZone for Event hours.

3. How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter during an applicable Daily Entry Period:

1) On Site at Little League Fan Zone: Attendees will be prompted to download the Little League World Series App (“App”). If you are not already registered using the App, you may download the App on your iOS* or Android* device and follow the prompts to sign up (the download and sign up are free); or b) If you are already a registered user, when you download the App and sign in as directed. Once signed in on the App, follow the instructions to check-in or complete a brief survey to receive one (1) entry. Message and data rates may apply for app download and use.

2) Email: To receive an entry without attending an Event, fans can email [email protected] with their full name, street address, city, state, zip code, day and evening telephone numbers (including area codes), date of birth to receive one (1) entry.

All entries must be received prior to the conclusion of an applicable Daily Entry Period to be eligible for the drawing for such Daily Entry Period. Limit of one (1) entry per person per Daily Entry Period will be accepted, regardless of method of entry (for a maximum of eight (8) entries per person during Event 1 and a maximum of twelve (12) entries per person during Event 2). Additional entries received from the same person in excess of the stated limitation will be void. No photocopied, computer-generated facsimiles mechanically reproduced, or mass entries permitted. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. The use of script, macro, automated devices, artificial intelligence (or any other devices intended to automate or subvert any aspect of entry) to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and any entry through such means and any entry that is deemed to be ineligible (at Sponsor’s sole discretion and in accordance with these Official Rules) are void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, the entrant will be deemed the authorized account holder of the email address either connected to the App or used to send the email at the time of entry provided that such individual is eligible and such individual complied with these Official Rules; or “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) which is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Proof (to Sponsor’s satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Sponsor.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, delayed, garbled, inaccurate, destroyed or undelivered entries, emails, entry information or for telephonic, human or computer failures, problems or errors, interruptions in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, failures or malfunctions of connections, satellite, network, cable, Internet Service Provider (ISP), phones, phone lines or telephone systems, traffic congestion on the internet, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, registrations, emails, or the announcement of a prize; or for any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes, or for printing, typographical, human or other errors appearing in these Official Rules or other Sweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any entries of entrants whom Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes or is in violation of these Official Rules.

Entrants’ personally identifiable information will only be used in accordance with the Little League Privacy Policy, as posted on https://www.littleleague.org/privacy-policy/.

4. Winner Selection/Notification: At the conclusion of each Daily Entry Period, the number of winners indicated in the chart below for the applicable Daily Entry Period will be selected from among all eligible entries received during that Daily Entry Period. The potential winners will be notified via email, telephone and/or within the App and may be required to complete a Prize Claim Form within a timeframe designated by Sponsor. Message and data rates may apply. Check your provider for details. Winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release at the time of prize acceptance. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached within the designated timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate potential winner selected for the prize at issue. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during each Daily Entry Period. If a winner is still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein. Non-compliance with the foregoing, with these Official Rules or return of any prize notification as non-deliverable may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, awarding of the applicable prize to an alternate winner. 5. Prizes: Twenty-Four (24) Prizes Will Be Awarded as set forth below.

Total ARV of all prizes awarded: $3,420.00.

All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are awarded “as is” without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. All federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and/or use of any prize not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are each winner’s sole responsibility. Each prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use which are not specifically included in the prize description above (including but not limited to transportation, lodging, meals, gratuities, insurance, and other expenses), are the sole responsibility of the winner.

MLB TICKET PRIZE CONDITIONS: Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see mlb.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Each winner’s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her(their) jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of any prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Each winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor and the MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Released Parties will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket.

6. Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of any prize is permitted except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Entrants agree, by entering, that 1) Sponsor and its designees may use (unless prohibited by law), entrant’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, any recording (voice, film or video), and/or likeness for advertising, trade and/or any other purposes in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission or notification, and 2) the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize and any travel or travel-related activity thereto or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Sweepstakes (or portion thereof) for any reason, including should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in the case of termination, at its discretion, select the winner(s) from eligible non-suspect entries received prior to the event that required such termination. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek any and all remedies available from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

8. Choice of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA.

9. Winners’ Names: For the names of the winners, send an email with subject line “Little League World Series Fan Zone Sweepstakes Winners List Request” to [email protected] by September 30, 2026.
