Little League® International Remembers Former Delaware District 2 Administrator Frank DiStefano

Little League® International mourns the passing of Francis J. DiStefano, former Delaware District 2 Administrator. He was 79.

A native of Brunswick, N.J., Mr. DiStefano relocated to Wilmington, Del., as a teenager, graduating from Salesianum High School. Later, moving to Newark, Del., Mr. DiStefano worked in the transportation management field for 45 years.

Mr. Distefano began coaching with Newark National Little League in 1969. During nearly 50 years of volunteer service to the Little League program, he was involved as a coach, local league board member, District Administrator, and Assistant District Administrator.

Mr. DiStefano is survived by his wife of 58 years, Marie; sons, Joseph and John; daughters, Judith Tozzoli, and Janice DiStefano; grandsons, John DiStefano, Jr. and Nicholas DiStefano; granddaughters, Gianna DiStefano and Cara Tozzoli.
