Little League® International remembers Thomas Dent, Washington District 6 Administrator.
Mr. Dent, a resident of Vancouver, Wash., served as Washington District 6 Administrator for nearly 18 years after several years as a coach in Alcoa Little League. He began volunteering in California District 4’s Clayton Valley Little League.
Following a term as Alcoa Little League President, Mr. Dent was asked to serve on the Washington District 6 Staff as an Assistant District Administrator. In 2009, he was elected by Washington District 6 as District Administrator.
Professionally, Mr. Dent had recently retired from his engineering position with Xerox.
Mr. Dent is survived by his son, Tom; sister, Rachel; brother, Lee; and grandchildren, Jordan and Rylinn.
