Digital Ticketing – Accessing and Using Digital Tickets FAQs

Digital tickets can be accessed in one of two ways. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to access your tickets. Tickets can be viewed and scanned on a mobile device. If you are unable to locate that confirmation email, you can also access your digital tickets by logging into your account.

Your tickets will appear in your account 10-15 minutes after they have been assigned. They can be located in your email or in your account.

Yes, you will need an account to access your tickets.

Yes! To save tickets to your Apple Wallet, view your confirmation email on your mobile device and select “Click here to add your tickets to Apple Wallet now.” You can also add tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet by logging into your account, viewing your mobile tickets, and tapping on the Apple or Google Wallet tile with your Apple or Android device.

A barcode will be shown on the screen of your mobile device which will be scanned by the Little League Event Staff/Ushers at the start of your section tunnel for entry. Once scanned, you will receive a handstamp to allow for reentry.

Yes, you can swipe to view and scan multiple tickets on a single phone. For example, if a group of three individuals is walking into the stadium together, only one person needs to show the tickets for all three individuals on his or her phone. Once the tickets are scanned, all three individuals will receive a hand stamp for reentry.

Fans who are unable to access their digital tickets on a smartphone should visit the on-site Fan Experience window along the third base side of Howard J. Lamade Stadium. Fan Experience staff will be able to verify you as a ticket holder, help resolve access issues, and when necessary, print a scannable paper ticket for entry.

Guests who need accessible seating for the ticketed games (1 p.m. Game on August 23; International/U.S. Championship Games on August 29; LLBWS Championship Game on August 30) will be able to use the Tickets.com platform to view and select available Accessible Seating. For all games that are not ticketed (August 19-27, excluding the 1 p.m. game on August 23), accessible seating will be coordinated by Ushers.

If a member of your group arrives after you have already entered the stadium and their ticket is on your smartphone, you can exit the stadium to meet them at your designated section’s tunnel entrance. A member of the Little League Event Staff/Usher will scan the digital ticket and stamp the individual’s hand for re-entry. Or, you can transfer the ticket to the individual by following the Ticket Transfer instructions outlined above.

If you would like to return, or “donate,” your ticket to Little League, you can do so through the “Donate Now/Ticket“ button in your account.
