West – Regional Roundtable

First established in 2012, the Regional Roundtables provide an opportunity for District Administrators and Assistant District Administrators to gather in their respective region, and to participate in educational sessions, rules and regulations discussions, International Board of Director elections, and more.

During the 2020 West Regional Roundtable, attendees can look forward to an engaging weekend with fellow volunteers, and Little League staff, as we work together to chart the course for the future of Little League.

All District Administrators (D.A.s) will receive reimbursement for two nights of hotel accommodations, as well as a $200 travel stipend to help offset other travel-related costs. It is the responsibility of the Roundtable attendees to make their own travel arrangements. Those District Administrators unable to attend their Regional Roundtable may designate an alternate, upon approval from Little League, from your district staff as the District’s representative.

Regional Roundtable registration and additional information will be made available this fall.

Little League reimbursed hotel rate is $149 plus taxes/night; Little League International will reimburse D.A.s/Alternates for two nights stay at the DoubleTree San Diego – Mission Valley. Additional nights/rooms may be booked through the hotel block, but will be the responsibility of the attendee.


The tentative Regional Roundtable schedule of events is as follows:

Day One

Saturday, January 25, 2020

  • 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Registration
  • 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Lunch*
    • *Provided to D.A./Alternates by Little League; Lunch tickets will be provided and additional lunch tickets may be purchased.
  • 1:00 p.m. – 3:15 p.m. – General Session
  • 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. – Round Table Session

** Attendees are responsible for their dinner

Day Two

Sunday, January 26, 2020

  • 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – General Sessions
  • 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. – Lunch*
    • *Provided to D.A./Alternates by Little League; Lunch tickets will be provided and additional lunch tickets may be purchased.
  • 1:30 p.m. – 3:15 p.m. – Round Table/General Sessions
  • 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. – General Session/Closing
