Central Region Roundtable – CANCELLED

After further developments and monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we regret to inform you that we will be cancelling the Central Region Roundtable this weekend in Cincinnati, Ohio. Late Wednesday afternoon, March 11, the Mayor of Cincinnati declared a State of Emergency for the city. Within this advisement, the city strongly advised “to reduce the need for in-person meetings until further notice.” (Click here to read the city’s guidance regarding coronavirus).
First established in 2012, the Regional Roundtables provide an opportunity for District Administrators and Assistant District Administrators to gather in their respective region, and to participate in educational sessions, rules and regulations discussions, International Board of Director elections, and more.
During the 2020 Central Region Roundtable, attendees can look forward to an engaging weekend with fellow volunteers, and Little League staff, as we work together to chart the course for the future of Little League.
All District Administrators (D.A.s) will receive reimbursement for two nights of hotel accommodations, as well as a $200 travel stipend to help offset other travel-related costs. It is the responsibility of the Roundtable attendees to make their own travel arrangements. Those District Administrators unable to attend their Regional Roundtable may designate an alternate, upon approval from Little League, from your district staff as the District’s representative.

Little League reimbursed hotel rate is $132 plus taxes/night; Little League International will reimburse D.A.s/Alternates for two nights stay at the Westin Cincinnati. Additional nights/rooms may be booked through the hotel block, but will be the responsibility of the attendee.
