In coordination with Women’s History Month, Little League® will once again celebrate Girls with Game month throughout March, recognizing and honoring female Little Leaguers®, coaches, volunteers, staff, and alumni.
From Maria Pepe – a pioneer who brought a change in 1972 that the world will forever remember – to the superstars of the Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL), and the volunteers at the grassroots level, creating an inclusive environment for young female athletes across the world, Little League will celebrate the moments and people that have made the program what it is today.
Local leagues and districts are encouraged to join in on the celebration with help of the FREE Digital Toolkit available at LittleLeague.org/GWG.
