Count and document all received items promptly—vendor invoices won’t be paid until verified.
Note any discrepancies in the spreadsheet.
Tabs may separate souvenirs, team awards/pins/medals, umpire gear, and volunteer apparel.
After your tournament, enter all remaining inventory for year-end reporting.
