Little League® International is excited to announce the hirings of Abigail McLaughlin and Jillian Ulozas to its full-time staff following their previous summer internship experiences with the organization.
“Abby and Jillian each made a tremendous impact during their time as interns, demonstrating a strong work ethic, an eagerness to learn, and a passion for the Little League program,” said Kristina Parker, Little League Vice President of Human Resources. “It is incredibly rewarding to see talented young professionals grow within our organization, and we look forward to the contributions they will make in their respective roles now as full-time employees.”
Abigail McLaughlin – HR Talent Specialist
A Williamsport native, McLaughlin previously served as a Human Resources Recruiter Summer Intern for the past two years with Little League. In her role, she managed recruitment efforts for more than 400 applicants, assisted with the onboarding of new and returning seasonal employees, conducted orientations, and helped develop relationships with colleges and universities to support future recruiting efforts.
“Being given this opportunity truly means the world to me,” said McLaughlin. “After spending the past two summers learning from the Human Resources Team, meeting so many amazing people, and growing my passion, I could not be more excited to begin my career with an organization that has made such an impact on me.”
McLaughlin graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources Management.
Jillian Ulozas – Sports Turf and Landscape Technician
Ulozas returns to Little League after serving as an intern with the grounds department for the last three summers, including her support of field operations at both the 2025 and 2026 Little League Softball® World Series in Greenville, North Carolina, in addition to her role in Williamsport.
During her internships, Uzolas assisted with the preparation and maintenance of Howard J. Lamade and Volunteer Stadiums, helped oversee the daily responsibilities of interns and seasonal employees, and even supported final field preparations for the 2026 East Region Tournaments in Bristol, Connecticut.
“Returning to Little League as a full-time employee is a dream come true,” said Uzolas. “Over the past three summers, I have been able to learn from an outstanding grounds team and experience firsthand how much care and preparation go into creating a memorable experience for every player. I am excited to continue growing in this field while helping maintain the special places where Little Leaguers from around the world make lifelong memories.”
Uzolas graduated from Delaware Valley University with a Bachelor of Science in turfgrass management.
