Little League® International has announced Sofia Pinsky as Human Resources (HR) Operations Specialist, effective October 19, 2026.
“On behalf of the Human Resources department and the entire organization, we are excited to welcome Sofia to the Little League team as our newest HR Operations Specialist,” said Kristina Parker, Little League Vice President, Human Resources. “Sofia brings a wealth of knowledge that will be a tremendous asset to not only our department, but Little League International as a whole as we continue to grow and evolve.”
In her role as HR Operations Specialist, Pinsky will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration, compliance, systems, and operational functions of the Human Resources Department. Additionally, Pinsky will be a key resource in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the administration of employee records, payroll support, and benefits of administration, among other responsibilities.

Pinsky graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Labor and Human Resources and a Master of Science in Human Resources and Employment Relations.
