Action Required:

• Log all incoming shipments within 2 weeks for accurate tracking and sponsor coordination.
• Uniform shipments may arrive sporadically over several weeks, and Marketing/Purchasing will share tracking details as available.
• Report missing or short shipments to [email protected].

Use the Purchasing Tracker to monitor and update all souvenir and purchase order progress, including suggested retail prices.

Important:

• Count and document all received items promptly—vendor invoices won’t be paid until verified.
• Note any discrepancies in the spreadsheet.
• Tabs may separate souvenirs, team awards/pins/medals, umpire gear, and volunteer apparel.
• After your tournament, enter all remaining inventory for year-end reporting.
