JDP Background Check Requirement and Abuse Awareness Training

Starting in 2025, background checks for all volunteers are required to be conducted through J.D. Palantine (JDP) with other providers not being accepted and the completion of the new Little League Abuse Awareness Training Course for all volunteers.

Now is the time to make sure you are thinking about the 2025 Little League® season. Chartering, Insurance Enrollment, Central Registration, and more are underway, and background checks have reset as of October 1, making this a critically important time for you and your leagues.
