• Little League International will cover cost for two nights at the Airport Hotel Okęcie for each registered District Administrator and meals as outlined in the schedule. Breakfast is included in the room rate.
• On Friday, District Administrators can schedule individual meetings with the Staff from Little League International and Regional Office, between 13:00 and 18:00. If interested, please submit your request to Beata no later than October 15^th. We will schedule meetings on first come, first serve basis. Please note that we will have limited time and may not be able to meet with everyone on Friday.
• The hotel provides free shuttle service to/from the Chopin International Airport. We will provide more details later on. We will provide assistance to District Administrators who arrive/depart from the Modlin Airport – subject to individual arrangements.
