Little League® International has announced Charlie Sheridan as its new Web and App Coordinator, effective March 23, 2026. Sheridan returns to the Little League team after working as the Digital Media Intern in the Summer of 2025.
“I’m incredibly excited to welcome Charlie back to our team in a full-time role,” said Mike Weslosky, Director of Web and Emerging Technologies. “From the moment she joined us as an intern, her passion for our mission, enthusiasm for being part of our organization, and commitment to teamwork stood out. Her positive attitude and eagerness to contribute make her a natural fit for our team. I am proud to have her continue her journey with Little League and can’t wait to see the impact she makes.”
In her role as Web and App Coordinator, Sheridan will handle the planning, development, maintenance, and optimization of the Little League website and mobile applications, with a primary focus on user-centered design and a mobile first approach. Additionally, she will analyze metrics across a variety of channels, focusing primarily on measuring content impact and user engagement and experience, while also helping identify new opportunities to optimize the Little League brand and identity.
“Baseball and softball have always been a huge part of my life, and Little League represents the foundation where that passion begins for so many young athletes,” said Sheridan. “I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue the work I started this summer and support an organization that brings communities together through the love of the game.”
Sheridan graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and a minor in leadership studies.
