
Little League® International has announced Syrus Sauers as a full-time Technical Support Specialist, effective Monday, May 18, 2026. Sauers moves into this full-time role after starting as an IT intern in the summer of 2025 and working part-time with the organization since then.
“Ever since joining our team as an intern, Syrus has consistently shown initiative, technical proficiency, and a strong commitment to supporting our staff and systems,” said Frank Nazay, Manager of Infrastructure. “We’re excited to welcome him into a full-time role, where he can continue growing his impact across the organization and help strengthen the work our IT team delivers every day.”
In his role as Technical Support Specialist, Sauers will be responsible for desktop support and network troubleshooting, reparation, and supporting key Little League systems, including endpoint protection, e-mail, and server hardware. Additionally, Sauers will review and utilize all available resources for the most efficient operation of the services of Little League IT equipment and resolve any hardware, operating system, or network problems.
“The opportunity to come back to Little League means a lot to me,” said Sauers. “After spending much of the past year in a part-time role and getting to know everyone at Little League, I can confidently say it’s a great organization for me to continue to grow my skillset and contribute meaningfully to our mission.”
Sauers graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Cybersecurity Analytics and Operations with a focus in geopolitics.
