Little League® Celebrates 2021 Champions from Around the World

One Team. One Little League.

Although the 2021 Little League® World Series will only be made up of teams from the United States due to the coronavirus pandemic, local leagues from around the world are continuing to live out their dream of competition all the way through to their country tournament level.

“While we are disappointed that our international teams do not have the opportunity to make it to our Region and World Series tournaments this year, we are excited to see the continued support and success of those programs as they compete through to their respective country championships,” said Dan Velte, Little League Senior Operations Executive. “Since the decision around this year’s tournament was announced, we have continued to work alongside our Region and Country Directors to provide support and guidance to our international leagues and look forward to welcoming them back to our World Series tournaments in 2022.”
