Kristina Parker Named Little League® Vice President of Human Resources

Little League® International has announced Kristina Parker as its Vice President of Human Resources, effective May 18, 2026.

The opportunity to add a leader as accomplished and people-oriented as Kristina is a tremendous enhancement to the Little League team,” said Patrick Wilson, President and CEO. “Kristina’s extensive experience in Human Resources, organizational development, and talent strategy will play a vital role in continuing to strengthen our volunteer and staff culture. We are excited to welcome her leadership and talent as we continue to drive the Little League mission.” 

In this role, Parker will play an integral part in leading the development and management of the Human Resources function that supports the organization’s mission, values, and operational strategy. Additionally, Parker will be responsible for advancing HR activities in organizational development, talent development/performance management, compensation and benefits, strategic workforce planning, employee relations, legal and regulatory compliance, diversity and inclusion, and HR systems.

Before joining Little League, Parker gained experience as a Consulting Senior Principal at Accenture LLP, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, providing strategic foresight on future talent initiatives, workforce analysis, and proactive preparation for evolving work, roles, and skills. Parker also spent many years working with KP Advisory Group LLC, becoming a transforming leader specializing in organizational readiness and change management, and partnering with executive leadership teams to ensure effective strategy, structure, processes, and tools for success in large-scale HR and people change initiatives. 

Parker earned her bachelor’s degree in communications studies at the University of Minnesota and her master’s degree in organizational management and leadership at Concordia University.
