Yes. Little League’s Mandatory Play Rule is in effect for all Little League play. All players are required to play at least 6 defensive outs and bat once every game unless the game is shortened for any reason. A game that ends without the home team batting in the bottom half of the final inning because they are leading not considered shortened.
