Yes. Temporary replacement (single game only) must be entered on the affidavit. However, after the first time an individual is used as a temporary replacement at any level of tournament play, that individual cannot be used again the tournament until a Volunteer Application, background check, Diamond Leader Training, and Little League Abuse Awareness Training is completed in accordance with Little League Regulations and their respective state laws.
