Can a waiver be requested for any rule and/or regulation?

  • Last Updated: ago

A local league has the right to ask for a waiver or exception of any rule or regulation. Typically, that process starts with the local league board who submits a waiver request to their District Administrator, who then submits it to the appropriate Regional Office for presentation to the Charter Committee. There is no guarantee that that request will be granted, but it is assured that if the proper channels for submission for a waiver request are followed, that request will be considered by the Charter Committee at Little League International in Williamsport, Pa.
