Southeast Umpire Mechanics Clinic 2.0
March 15, 2024 @ 6:00 pm - March 17, 2024 @ 12:00 pm
About Clinic
During Umpire Mechanics Clinic 2.0, attendees will receive expanded instruction on the two-umpire and four-umpire systems, which will focus on situational awareness, detailed mechanics, and advance strike zone management. Attendees during the weekend will be able to advance their skills and knowledge to allow the umpire to continue to progress through the Little League umpire system.
Umpire Mechanics 2.0 is best suited for umpires who have previously attended Little League clinics, including Umpire Academy (School) and multiple weekend clinics. Umpires will need to possess a good to strong understanding and knowledge of Little League mechanics and rules in advance of the clinic. Basics and introductions will not be covered in the clinic and advance studying may be necessary.
Little League Umpire ID Camp invitees will be identified from those who attend both Mechanics 1.0 and 2.0 clinics, as well as Academy students and Region Tournament appointees along with other additional criteria.
