Congress Exhibitor FAQ’s

Please see below for specific FAQs related to exhibiting at the 2026 Little League® International Congress. If you have questions that are not answered here, please contact a Little League staff member.

Exhibitor FAQs

Exhibitors arriving in a standard-sized vehicle are welcome to self-park in the garage located at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. However, if you are traveling with a box truck or any oversized vehicle, please note that overnight parking on the loading dock is not permitted. In these cases, you will need to arrange off-site parking. There are several nearby truck parking locations for your convenience. We recommend Horseshoe Parking or Victory Field as reliable options.

The current self-parking rate is $59/day. Guests staying at the hotel will automatically receive the discounted rate on their guestroom charges, which also includes in-and-out privileges.

For attendees driving in daily, we will provide parking validations that offer a 20% discount on parking. Parking validations will be available at the Little League Registration area, located on the 3^rd floor. Please note that these validations do not include in-and-out privileges.

Valet parking is available for $80/day.

District Administrators (DAs) and Assistant District Administrators (ADAs) will make up the majority of the attendees. DAs oversee multiple leagues within a certain geographic area (their district) and serve as a liaison between Little League Regional Headquarters and local leagues with the assistance of their ADAs. This group includes some of our most dedicated volunteers. The Exhibit Hall is not open to the public and attendees must display a badge to enter.

Fern Expo offers exhibitors a dedicated exhibitor portal – One View – in which to request additional services for their booth, including material handling for both pre- and post-event needs. Through this portal, exhibitors will receive shipping labels for their materials (both inbound and outbound). After the event, exhibitors simply pack up their materials, attach the provided labels, and leave everything in their booth. Our team will collect the items and ensure they’re delivered to the appropriate location. If an exhibitor needs assistance with packing, we can provide labor support upon request—all managed through the One View portal. Should any questions arise at any point, our dedicated Account Executive (A/E) is available to assist and provide guidance throughout the process.

To encourage attendee interaction with exhibitors, Little League will use the Congress Mobile App to host the Exhibitor Booth Challenge. For the Exhibitor Booth Challenge, all exhibitor booths will be given a unique code that can be verbally shared with attendees as they interact with you, which they will enter into the Congress Mobile App. The goal is for each attendee to visit all booths to collect all unique passcodes. Once they collect all the unique passcodes, they are entered into the sweepstakes to win a variety of prizes.
