Little League® International is pleased to announce the hiring of Kyle Somers as its Senior Director of Finance, effective September 28, 2026.
“We are thrilled to welcome Kyle Somers to the Little League team as our new Senior Director of Finance,” said Jeff Bennett, Little League Vice President of Finance. “Kyle brings a strong combination of financial expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership that will be a tremendous asset to our organization. His experience and collaborative approach will help strengthen our financial operations and support the organization as we continue to grow and evolve.”
In his role, Somers will oversee Little League’s financial planning and analysis, accounting and financial reporting, and treasury and investment management functions, helping to support the organization’s financial strategy and long-term sustainability.

Somers is a Certified Public Accountant who began his career with Ernst & Young LLP. Prior to joining Little League, he served as Corporate Controller at Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. and held various positions of increasing responsibility at Weis Markets, Inc., including Director of External Reporting and Internal Controls.
Somers earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting at Susquehanna University and is a former Board member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
