Donations made to Little League Baseball and Softball not only allow us to keep the cost of membership affiliation to local communities low but also allow us to provide additional programming support such as grant assistance for equipment, registration fees, field refurbishments, volunteer training programs, assistance after natural disasters, and more.

Families and friends who wish to request donations to Little League Baseball, Incorporated in honor or memory of a loved one may contact the Philanthropy and Social Impact Department or submit a request through our Tribute Donation Request Form. While submitting a request helps our team properly track and acknowledge gifts and document any preferred fund or area of support, donors may make tribute gifts at any time.

Once a request is submitted, donors may make a gift in honor or memory of the individual in the following ways:

Donations can be made through the Making a Donation page on LittleLeague.org.

When completing the donation, donors should select the memorial gift option, choose the fund they wish to support, and include the individual’s name. If a notification is requested, donors should also provide the name and mailing address of the person or family to be notified.

Donors should clearly indicate that the gift is being made in honor or in memory of the individual, include their name, and note the fund they wish to support, if applicable.

Families may also choose to include this request in an obituary, memorial service program, or other tribute (for example, asking that donations be made to Little League in lieu of flowers). Upon request, the Philanthropy and Social Impact Department can provide notification of donations received.

Yes. Make your check or money order payable to “Little League Baseball, Incorporated” and mail it to the address below. A receipt will be mailed to you.

The Access and Opportunity Fund is the embodiment of Little League’s core value of inclusivity, actively working to dismantle global youth sports participation barriers and create new transformative ways to participate in the program. This fund paves the way for programs that not only increase the diversity of players in Little League but also cultivate an environment where every child feels they belong. By contributing, you are supporting a broader initiative that champions equity.

The Little League for All Equipment Fund represents more than the distribution of sports gear. It is an integral step toward dissolving the divide between varying affluence within Little League communities. By providing essential equipment, Little League will create equitable opportunities for every child with the opportunity to develop personally in our program and beyond. This initiative stretches the impact of local contributions across the globe, ensuring that economic circumstances do not dictate a child’s ability to participate in baseball or softball, thus upholding Little League International’s commitment to integrity and community.

Funding the Volunteer Excellence Fund means nurturing a generation of volunteers who are not only tactically and technically proficient but who also excel as educators and role models. The Volunteer Excellence Fund will support the selfless and vitally important work of volunteers who make the Little League experience come alive for millions of kids around the world. This initiative will help to ensure that every Little League volunteer, regardless of their league’s financial standing, can provide a rich, educational, and enjoyable experience. This investment elevates the standard of volunteerism and by extension, the Little League experience, across the globe.

At its foundation, Little League strengthens communities through sustaining and growing local programs. Providing resources directly to our leagues, through Little League-operated grant programs, allows us to qualify and support improvements that may be needed to sustain programming or attract new participants. Additionally, the summer excitement culminates at each of our competitive divisions in a World Series tournament. Supported by Little League Staff and a team of local volunteers, the tournaments demonstrate the greatness of competition coupled with the spirit of communities around the globe. As travel costs have increased, the tournament now costs in excess of $5 million to operate each year. Continuing to sustain the tournament experience and create new opportunities for participants and their families to enjoy the community and have fun, it paramount for our future initiatives.

The Little League Disaster Relief Fund is focused on helping affected Little League programs receive the support they need to rebuild, recover, and continue providing children with the invaluable life lessons learned through youth baseball and softball. Whether its repairing fields, replacing equipment, or helping families reestablish their involvement in Little League, the Disaster Relief Fund steps in to assist during times of greatest need.
