Doug Hannam In Memoriam 2025

Little League® International mourns the passing of Doug Hannam, former District Administrator (D.A.) for Massachusetts District 4.

In addition to his Little League service, he also served on the Worcester Parks Commission and the Worcester Advisory Board.

Hannam is survived by his wife, with whom he would have celebrated 50 years of marriage on June 21, Patricia J. (Mercier) Hannam; their daughters, Eileen J. Boisvert and her husband Brian of Oxford, and Theresa J. Hannam of Columbia, SC; a brother, Kevin J. Hannam of Worcester; two sisters, Maureen F. Trainor of Bradford, and Margaret Ross of North Sydney, Nova Scotia; five grandchildren, Owen C. Boisvert, Riley R. Boisvert, Andrew W. Boisvert, Elizabeth J. Moccia, and Tyler C. Germain; a great grandson, Carter D. Chaney; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two sisters, Susan M. Stapinski and Pauline A. Doyle.

Hannam was born in Worcester, son of the late, Douglas J. and Dita (Theodore) Hannam, and has lived there all his life. He received all of the Sacraments at the Cathedral of Saint Paul. He graduated from South High School and attended Worcester Junior College.
