Little League® International Remembers Former Wisconsin District 6 Administrator Louis “Butch” Faber

Little League® International honors the memory of Louis “Butch” Faber, former Wisconsin District 6 Administrator. He was 75.

Mr. Faber, a native of Kenosha, Wisconsin, began his service to the Little League program with Lakeland Little League. After seven years of local league service, Mr. Faber was elected as Wisconsin District 6 Administrator. He served in that capacity for 25 years (1988 to 2013).

During the 2010 Little League International Congress in Lexington, Kentucky, Mr. Faber was recognized with receipt of the Little League Meritorious Service Award. In his home state of Wisconsin, Mr. Faber has been honored by the town of Brighton, where Little League teams play on Butch Faber Field.

Mr. Faber is survived by his children, Michelle, and James; grandchildren, Tyler and Ethan; brothers, Gary and Michael; and sister, Colleen. He was predeceased by his parents, Sheldon, and Katy.
