Little League® International mourns the passing of Harold Weissman, former New York District 27 Administrator. He was 90.
Mr. Weissman, a native of Douglaston, N.Y., volunteered as a District Administrator (D.A.) in Queens, N.Y. from 1970 until 2013. At the 2010 Little League International Congress in Lexington, Ky., he was presented with his 40-year service pin.
During his time as D.A., Mr. Weissman was very much involved with the development and continued growth of baseball in the Ukraine.
