Little League® International remembers David Hicks, Oregon District 3 Administrator. He was 65.
Mr. Hicks, a native of Baker City, Ore., graduated from Baker High School in 1973, and attended Portland (Ore.) State University, where he played football.
Beginning his volunteer service to Little League as a coach and umpire, Mr. Hicks later served nearly 20 years as Oregon District 3 Administrator.
Mr. Hicks is survived by his wife of 43 years, Julee; daughter, Annie; son, Will; and sister, Patricia. He was predeceased by his parents; Eugene and Ida Grace Hicks; and his brother, Lynn.
