ASAP FAQs

Leagues can access their previous year’s safety plan through the Little League® Data Center. Sign into your league account and click on “Submit/View 2024 ASAP Safety Plan.”  Click on “Safety Plan Upload” in the upper left corner. You will see a link to download your league’s previous year’s ASAP Safety Plan on the right side of the screen.

While there may be a few reasons, the most common cause is dates and attachments. Please make sure all forms attached to your ASAP Safety Plan are the current year and the dates of trainings have been updated.

Leagues are no longer required to submit this form with its ASAP Safety Plan. The Qualified Safety Program Registration Form has been replaced by the step-by-step ASAP submission process in the Little League® Data Center, which allows leagues a much easier, digital solution for submitting plans.

Leagues must update/complete their Facility Survey in the Little League® Data Center, which is a part of the step-by-step ASAP submission process. There is a PDF version of the Facility Survey Form available on the Little League website (LittleLeague.org) if your league would like to utilize this as a worksheet.

Leagues may submit a plan before Registration Data collection has been completed. If the rest of its ASAP Safety Plan has been approved, the status will show “Approved Pending Registration Data.” As soon as the Registration Data is submitted the status will change to “Approved.”

Leagues conducting online registration using Sports Connect do not need to manually upload player registration data since that information will be automatically submitted to Little League.

ASAP Safety Plans will be reviewed within 48 hours of submission and an email will be sent to league officers updating the plan’s status.

Qualified leagues and districts receive ASAP award/credit notification in mid-July.

All ASAP Safety Plans must be submitted electronically through the Little League Data Center. Paper plans mailed/emailed to LL International will not be accepted.
