Waiver of Liability – Assumption of the risk no bailment this constitutes a contract
In entering the Little League International Complex, the entrant HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES and assumes ALL OF THE INHERENT RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH BEING A SPECTATOR AT A BASEBALL GAME AND SPECIFICALLY AT THE LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL WORLD SERIES AND HEREBY AGREES TO ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH BEING A SPECTATOR AT THIS SPORTING EVENT AND ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ACTIONS OF OTHERS AT THIS SPORTING EVENT AND FURTHER AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS AND RELEASE LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL, INCORPORATED, ITS EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, PARTNERS SPONSORS AND VENDORS FROM ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY THAT RECIPIENT MAY SUFFER AT THIS EVENT.
For your safety and enjoyment, the following items or activities are prohibited on the Little League International property: alcoholic beverages, aerosol containers, beach umbrellas, bicycles, containers of any type containing liquids , containers of liquid for infants (i.e. baby bottles) will be permitted but are subject to inspection, flammable materials or incendiary devices, fireworks, guns, illegal drugs, large bags/large coolers, laser pointers, noise makers (examples: vuvuzelas, thunder sticks, air horns, cow bells, etc.), pets (except certified service animals), pocket knives, roller blades, scooters, skateboards, solicitation, tarps/tents/canopies, utility tools with blades, weapons of any kind/self-defense items, baseball bats, poles, plastic saucers/sleds.
All individuals, personal items and vehicles brought onto the Little League International complex are subject to search and inspection. If holder elects not to consent to these searches and inspections, the holder will be required to leave the property immediately. All personal items must be removed daily from the Little League International property.
All smoking and use of tobacco products is prohibited on Little League property. The use of e-cigarettes and vaporizers is prohibited on Little League International property.
Little League International routinely takes pictures and video for use by the news media, in marketing and promotional materials, and on websites and social media platforms. Please be advised that promotional images, video and audio may be captured during your visit to the Little League Baseball World Series and entrance onto the Little League International property constitutes acceptance of and agreement with this policy without further authorization or compensation.
The use of video recording technology to capture, stream or distribute Little League Regional or World Series game footage in any medium is strictly prohibited and considered copyright infringement, punishable to the fullest extent under applicable federal and state laws.
