The 2021 Little League Baseball World Series Opening Ceremonies is scheduled for Thursday, August 19 at Volunteer Stadium. The LLBWS Opening Ceremonies ushers in 12 days of baseball action at the Little League International Complex located in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania. The Opening Ceremonies is highlighted by the Parade of Champions, where the 16 teams participating in the Series parade in front of enthusiastic family, friends and fans. In addition, the Opening Ceremonies will feature local Pennsylvania District 12 Little Leaguers parading in flags of more than 80 countries participating in the Little League program, local dignitaries welcoming those in attendance and a ceremonial first pitch to be thrown by a former professional baseball player.
