Waiver of Liability – Assumption of the risk no bailment this constitutes a contract
In entering the Little League Intermediate World Series complex, the entrant HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES and assumes ALL OF THE INHERENT RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH BEING A SPECTATOR AT A BASEBALL GAME AND SPECIFICALLY AT THE LITTLE LEAGUE INTERMEDIATE WORLD SERIES AND HEREBY AGREES TO ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH BEING A SPECTATOR AT THIS SPORTING EVENT AND ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ACTIONS OF OTHERS AT THIS SPORTING EVENT AND FURTHER AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS AND RELEASE LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL, INCORPORATED, ITS EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, PARTNERS SPONSORS AND VENDORS FROM ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY THAT RECIPIENT MAY SUFFER AT THIS EVENT.
For your safety and enjoyment, the following items or activities are prohibited on the Little League Intermediate World Series property: alcoholic beverages, aerosol containers, flammable materials or incendiary devices, fireworks, guns, illegal drugs, pets (except certified service animals), pocket knives, roller blades, scooters, skateboards, solicitation, utility tools with blades, weapons of any kind/self-defense items, baseball bats, poles, plastic saucers/sleds.
All individuals, personal items and vehicles brought onto the Little League Intermediate World Series complex are subject to search and inspection. If holder elects not to consent to these searches and inspections, the holder will be required to leave the property immediately. All personal items must be removed daily from the Little League International property.
All smoking and use of tobacco products is prohibited at Little League events. The use of e-cigarettes and vaporizers is prohibited at Little League events.
Little League Intermediate World Series staff routinely take pictures and video for use by the news media, in marketing and promotional materials, and on websites and social media platforms. Please be advised that promotional images, video and audio may be captured during your visit to the Little League Intermediate World Series and entrance onto the Little League Intermediate World Series complex constitutes acceptance of and agreement with this policy without further authorization or compensation.
