To submit out-of-boundary players for the FALL (or winter) SEASON ONLY, please submit all your players at once (final list). If any of these players are coming from a local Little League which is not offering a division or offering any fall ball play, then a combined teams application should be completed with the district administrator. Any approval provided in the spring for out-of-boundary players and combined teams also applies to the fall and through the end of the calendar year, unless the approval explicitly noted approval only for the spring season.
All approvals for fall season out-of-boundary will be for the FALL SEASON ONLY and participation during the fall season will NOT counts towards participation with the league for future waiver requests for the spring season. Any player approved for the fall MUST be approved separately by the Charter Committee for the spring season and the league will need to make a new (traditional) request to the Region Office prior to the spring season.
The league must make the parents fully aware and the league must be fully aware itself, that these players are only permitted to participate in the fall season and any approval does not apply for the spring.
You will need to submit your list to the district administrator, who will then send on the Region office. You can submit to both at the same time.
