DESCRIPTION:Please send the completed Form below to Little League Office in Kutno\, Poland at fax +48 (24) 254 4571 or e-mail: europe@littleleague.org. \n• Please use one form per person.\n• Participants will be housed in the Little League dormitories free of charge.\n• Dormitories will be available from Friday\, March 15th until Sunday\, March 17th.\n• Little League will provide five meals to registered participants during the clinic.\n• You must be 18 or older to attend the clinic.\n• Number of participants is limited. Registrations will be accepted on first come\, first serve basis.
