DESCRIPTION:Little League International is offering an Umpire Rules Clinic to be held in the spring of 2019\, in Williamsport\, Pennsylvania. \nThe Umpire Rules Clinic will be held March 8-10. This clinic will be primarily classroom based with no protective equipment required.
