The Umpire Instructor Workshop provides the material and proven teaching techniques necessary to train umpires, allowing students to be the instructor. Training segments on public speaking and presentation skills are designed to help students become comfortable speaking in front of a group. Other segments will reinforce the use of “Rule Book Terminology” to develop consistency in training. Becoming a good umpire instructor will always make you a better umpire.
