Little League International Mourns the Passing of Kentucky District 5 Administrator Roger Romines

Little League International mourns the passing of Kentucky District 5 Administrator Roger Romines. He was 57.

Mr. Romines of Columbia, Ky., started his service to Little League as a member of the Adair County (Ky.) Little League, serving as a team manager, and later as its President, prior to his election as District Administrator.

A former teacher in the Marion County (Ky.) School System, Mr. Romines served as a coach for seventh and eighth grade middle school football, and was a track coach for Marion Co. High School.

He is survived by his wife, Karen; three sons; Bruce, John, and Roger, Jr.; his mother, Imogene; brother, Ricky; sisters, Sharon Whitlow; Becky Morrison; Jody Rusher and Amy Lodgston.
