Little League is saddened to learn of the recent passing of Jim Joseph, District Administrator for Wisconsin District 1.  Mr. Joseph had been District Administrator for Wisconsin District 1 since 1997. He was nominated by his peers for, and served the U.S. Central Region on, the Little League International Board of Directors for three years, starting in 2004.
