How to Ensure Your Local League Can be “Found” by Parents and VolunteersThe Active Network, the Official Online Community of Little League Baseball and Softball, has produced a short tutorial video that shows how each league or district in the world can ensure that their league information can be obtained when a parent or potential volunteer uses the online Little League Finder. Before watching the video below, however, the first step is to ensure the league or district has activated its FREE website on Eteamz though the Active Network. If the local league or district has a website outside of Eteamz, it is required by Little League Regulations to activate its free Eteamz web site. The Eteamz web site can then be used to redirect the parent or potential volunteer to the league's "main" website. Even if the league has activated its Eteamz site, however, the right information might not get to the parent or potential volunteer unless the correct settings have been made. That's the reason for the tutorial video below. To see how the Little League Finder works, go to: http://www.littleleague.org/learn/Start_Find_a_League/LLB_League_Finder.htm Now, click on "Play" below to see the tutorial. |
