“The Perfect Game” makes its U.S. debut this week, and it already is receiving positive response from several movie critics. The story of the 1957 Industrial Little League team from Monterrey, Mexico, that became the first team from outside of the United States to win the Little League Baseball World Series, made its public debut at the 25th Little League International Congress in Lexington, Ky., and will open to the general public in 500 theatres on Friday. This feature film represents the ideals and life lessons learned through the Little League-related themes of teamwork, sportsmanship and determination.
