Important Changes to Tournament Rules and Procedures

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (May 2, 2003) – There are important changes to the International Tournament pitching rules for the Little League Baseball (Majors) and 9- & 10-Year Old Baseball Divisions for 2003, as well as a new procedure for verification of residence for all tournament teams.
