Jordanian, Cambodian Leagues Among Dozens of New LL Charters
Twenty-nine brand new leagues were chartered in Little League Baseball
and Softball during the last month (as of March 18), with three in the
Middle East nation of Jordan and one in the Asian nation of Cambodia.
In addition, there were 18 new leagues in the U.S., three in Japan,
two in Poland, and one each in England and Germany.

Little League also bid a sorrowful farewell to two District
Administrator in the last month. Wayne Pulley of California District
17 and David Kidwell of Virginia District 3 passed away recently. Mr.
Pulley had been a DA since 1988, and Mr. Kidwell had been DA since
2004.
There were three new District Administrators. Little League welcomes
Russell L. Nicholson, Jr. (Virginia District 3; Front Royal, Va.),
Jefferson Hall (California District 17; Altadena, Calif.), and Jean
Everett (Texas District 37; Fort Stockton, Texas). Ms. Everett’s
district is newly-formed.
