History of Individual Chartered Little Leagues

With more than 8,000 individual Little League programs having been chartered since 1939, Little League International does not maintain information relative to the history of those individual leagues.

The regional offices do maintain the Applications for Charter, but generally do not have much information beyond that.

The best chance for someone to obtain information relative the history of a local Little League program is to obtain it through their local library, or the local newspaper. The local District Administrator may have access to some historical information as well.
