Little League Baseball and Softball Bolsters Communications Staff with New Director of Media Relations and Web Development Manager
“We are excited to have Brian and Mike join the team here at Little League,” Mr. Keener said. “As we continue to adapt our communications strategies to take full advantage of all the tools available to us, having these two forward-thinking gentlemen will allow us to fully communicate to our players, volunteers, parents, media and general public.”
Mr. McClintock, a native of Hughesville, Pa., joins Little League from Washington, D.C., after working for three years as Editorial and Marketing Director for GoSportn, Inc. His prior professional experience includes editorial positions with Field & Stream and Men’s Health magazines. A 2005 graduate of Syracuse University, majoring in Magazine Journalism, Mr. McClintock played Tee Ball through Senior League baseball in East Lycoming Little League.

Mr. Weslosky joins Little League from The Sports Network headquartered in Hatboro, Pa, where his most recent position was Director of Creative Design. A 2004 graduate of Temple University, Mr. Weslosky majored in Film and Video Production with a concentration in New Media. A native of Warminster, Pa., Mr. Weslosky relocated to South Williamsport with his wife, Julie, from Telford, Pa.
“Brian and Mike come to the Little League family with varied administrative, news, feature writing and online content and design experience,” Mr. Keener said. “Bringing an appreciation for Little League’s mission and a well-rounded insight in the current state of media and communications, we’re pleased that they will be joining us. We look forward to them enhancing and expanding the outreach of our communications through print and the Internet.”
Mr. McClintock will address many of the media-related inquires that come to Little League International. Mr. Weslosky will oversee the online strategy and implementation for Little League, including updates to LittleLeague.org, its satellite websites and social media.
Little League Baseball is the world’s largest organized youth sports program with nearly 2.4 million participants and one million volunteers in all 50 U.S. states and scores of other countries.
