Little League International Mourns the Passing of Former Virginia District 6 Administrator Butch Cuthriell

Little League International mourns the passing of Charles M. “Butch” Cuthriell III, former Virginia District 6 Administrator.

Mr. Cuthriell, 68, of Portsmouth, Va., was Virginia District 6 Administrator for 23 years, serving in that position from 1983 until 2006.

Employed by My Blind Spot as a window blind installer, Mr. Cuthriell was a 1961 graduate of Churchland High School (in Portsmouth), and was involved in sports his entire life. He was honored as the Portsmouth Sports Club’s Sportsman of the Year in 1994.

Mr. Cuthriell is survived by Margaret, his wife of 42 years, daughter, Gail Williams; son, Michael Cuthriell; three grandchildren, Sierra Williams, Maggie Williams and Olivia Cuthriell Hampton; three sisters, Jo Ann Guinan, Peggy C. Miltier, and Susan C. Patrick; a brother, Richard D. Cuthriell; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
